Our company was founded on the belief that real estate brokerage is much more than the process of sourcing and executing transactions. The relationships with our clients are based on our desire to provide the best possible level of service as well as experiencing the deep satisfaction when we deliver spectacular results.

Our goal is to achieve not only a keen understanding of the financial and operational imperatives, but also to learn about the people who form these organizations. Time and again, especially in the not-for profit sector where the controlling of expenses is critical, we have observed the importance of maximizing the operational efficiencies of spaces while minimizing costs – but also keeping in mind the needs of the managers and employees who occupy these spaces.

Similarly, our for-profit clients know they can rely on the comprehensive array of services that we meticulously and faithfully provide to support our aggressive methods of transaction fulfilment.

For our clients in Brazil who plan expansion in the U.S., the services that we offer extend well beyond traditional brokerage activities. Our goal is to bridge the cultural, language and operational differences that often prove to be daunting during the expansion process.

Thomas A. Kaufman

Thomas A. Kaufman Thomas A. Kaufman has been active in the Manhattan real estate industry for thirty-three years providing consulting and brokerage services to banks, partnerships, corporations and property owners. Although he has focused on tenant representation, Mr. Kaufman has also acted as leasing agent on behalf of numerous major commercial property owners. He has also arranged the sale or financing of several noteworthy properties including 850 Third Avenue, Park Avenue Tower, 45 Broadway Atrium, 20 Exchange Place, 140 William Street and 30 Wall Street in New York City.

Mr. Kaufman was appointed CEO of Interrelate Group, LLC after serving as Executive Director of Cushman & Wakefield for seven years. Prior to that, he served as a Senior Vice President with the New York office of CB Richard Ellis, Inc. specializing in tenant representation and agency assignments.

During his career, Mr. Kaufman has completed a number of significant leasing agency assignments, such as the 3.2 million sq. ft. office space portfolio for The Trump Organization, where he worked closely with Donald J. Trump on 767 Fifth Avenue (GM Building), 725 Fifth Avenue and 40 Wall Street. Other significant agency assignments include 457,000 sf at 100 Wall Street, 380,000 sf at 80 Broad Street, and 350,000 sf at 65 Broadway. His tenant representation clients include Adprime Media, International Business Times, Nippon Credit Bank, Battery Park City Authority, Dean Witter Reynolds, NationsBank International, Denihan Hospitality Group, and Rockefeller Group Business Centers, among many others.

More recently Mr. Kaufman has provided consulting and tenant representation service on behalf of the not-for-profit community. The growing list of clients includes American Numismatic Society, Literacy Assistance Center, Girls Inc., Inroads Inc., the Council on Accreditation, the Hetrick-Martin Institute, Inc. and Olivet University.

Mr. Kaufman received a Bachelor of Arts from Cornell University. He is a member of the Real Estate Board of New York.

Jeremy Dukes

Jeremy Dukes Originally from Australia, Jeremy Dukes has extensive knowledge and experience with office leasing, investment sales and property management. Jeremy is committed to achieving excellent results for his clients. His sound business acumen, in addition to his experience in financial planning and accounting structures, allow him to originate creative strategies for his clients.

In his previous role as a Financial Planner with the largest bank in Australia (The Commonwealth Bank), he acquired the ability to use detailed technical financial analysis and financial structuring for business development opportunities and sound financial advice to create value for existing and prospective clients. This background translates directly to the commercial property market where he has successfully negotiated and transacted over $50 million (AUD) in sales and purchases.

As a former professional Australian Footballer Jeremy is highly motivated, personable and upbeat person who nurtures open and honest relationships with his clients while providing value added service.

Brent Neill

Brent Neill Brent Neil specializes in tenant representation in the New York Metro area, providing brokerage services, including real estate consulting, strategic planning, lease negotiations and market expertise. His notable clients include Invest Northern Ireland, Red Associates and Lynne Palmer Executive Recruitment. Before entering the field of real estate, Brent was the leader of the marketing team at Athletes HoneyMilk, a start-up company in Austin, TX. Athletes HoneyMilk was eventually acquired by Coca-Cola and now goes by the name Corepower.

Brent is a graduate of the University of Texas at Austin, where he received a BA in Political Science with a focus on International Relations and a minor in Business Administration. He is a competitive cyclist and triathlete, and in his free time, enjoys running, cycling, playing golf and rock climbing.

Michael Bolton

Michael Bolton Michael Bolton, Australian born, graduated with a Bachelor Degree in Business (Property). He moved to London and gained an extensive background in real estate with over 7 years at DTZ (now Cushman and Wakefield) in appraisals and real estate investment sales.

In addition to his solid real estate background, Michael has extensive experience in financial analysis and cash flow modeling enabling him to provide his clients with a more detailed assessment. Transactions of note in which Michael was heavily involved include the purchases of a shopping center in the UK for approximately $300m, an outlet center in Mainland Europe of approximately $130m and a sale of a shopping center in the UK for approximately $80m.

Michael successfully prepared and executed the opportunity to investors and maintained their confidence in the asset and the service he provided throughout the selling process.

Michael is a Chartered Surveyor (appraiser) and Member at the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors and maintains the highest level of ethics, standards and integrity.
